Welcome to
28 Fitness

We offer group fitness classes along with personal training and nutrition coaching to help you reach your goals.  Our main focus is on strength training and building muscle because without that you cannot change your body.  

Our classes run approximately 60 minutes with a quality warm-up to prep your body for 20-30 minutes of strength training followed by 10-15 minutes of high intensity cardio (metabolic conditioning).
