Olympic Weightlifting

This program will be the most vigorous of our programs on the body.  It will consist of 3 days of olympic weightlifting and supplemental exercises.  We will work on the snatch and clean and jerk and from a holistic standpoint.  We will work to perfect the techniques of the snatch and clean and jerk and strengthen the areas where the athlete may be lacking.
