Athletics Development
With our middle and high school athletes we spend time building a foundation for their overall athletic performance. We specialize in exercise correction, proper mechanics, and techniques that will allow the athlete to excel in their sport while minimizing risk of injury. We don’t chase weight room numbers; we work on movement quality, joint mobility, and the athletes preparation for longevity in their sport.
