FUNCTIONAL FITNESS
Our Crossfit program is designed to build a training system that is structured enough to improve the athletes capacity on certain skills and well rounded enough to continue making adaptations in all aspects of the athletes fitness. We will create sequential processes on complicated movements for the athlete to build a foundation in the areas where improvement is needed. We want to help organize our athletes' training that ensures overall health and longevity while advancing their overall performance.
